I know I poked briefly about this before apping! Imma ask again though just to clarify a couple of things further! Tsukasa is PGAU so he has his appearance from Imeeji! This explains some of his appearance things and quirks.
I know that he keeps his appearance since that was already clarified! But are his wings nonfunctional without a blessing? Or would he have to wait for abilities and things to come back for memories with that? Same for his foxxy form, which he gained control of in the end. Would he be unable to change into a fox without regaining a memory that allowed that? Or a blessing?
It's what I assume, but I wanted to double-check.
As well as for the little sun-speckles (which are just cosmetic) and his sun-chasing eyes (also cosmetic). Would those remain because they're just cosmetic? Or not so much?
