Becoming temporarily intangible and able to pass through solid matter - think Shadowcat from the X-Men. Starts out time-limited, with Tim being able to stay intangible for longer periods as it improves, then being able to make objects intangible as well, and finally being able to apply it to other people he’s in physical contact with.
