basically status effect: CONFUSION. A cognition effecting power where it’s almost like you’re in a waking dream; a sensation of wanting to do something but not quite understanding how. i’m gonna say you need to be in range of one of his other two powers for this to target you, whether it be hearing the music/being touched by the twilight. it works BEST on touch. basically it's other player fiat if they want it to do anything / if their guy can will through it.
EXAMPLES OF DREAM LOGIC: - forget how to use doors. - feel like you’re walking sssoooo sssslowly like the ocean is pulling on your legs - staring at a piece of paper convinced you can make words sear into the page with your mind (you can’t) - “ok i need to hold this random item and will it to switch places with this other item i actually need because i can’t pick up the second thing directly” - reading difficulties / wigglies / the classic can’t read in a dream vibe - this doesn’t have to stay any one thing!
he doesn’t entirely have conscious control over these powers, ftr. just a lil uncontrolled chaos as a treat.
