FOR SHAPESHIFTING, we've been limiting it to humans only or animals only for the start, if you're ok with humans only, the concentration doesn't have to be so grueling!

If you really, really want both, it'd have to be a different kind of limit which I can ponder on a bit and offer suggestions. LEMME KNOW.
