THIS IS FINE, I WOULD SAYYYY Tsukasa should probably be in the tea party WITH them. He can sit at the table and chat with guests for fun!! But he must be there. It's fine to have more people at once, maybe 3-4 people at a time.

After the tea party, all guests are left in the same state of hunger/thirst as before the tea party.
