Can summon a limited amount of liquid metal that he can turn into solid shapes around his arms and hands. He could give himself blades or shields or other tools this way. If he REALLY works at it he can stretch it out from his shoulders and create working wings. A lot of versatility! This definitely isn’t reminiscent of Knives at all!

Limitations: the metal starts to corrode into nothing as soon as it’s solidified, so he’s working with a degrading product that eventually disappears. It has to stay connected to his body in some way (so no projectiles/manifesting ranged weapons.) It also takes a lot of concentration and practice and he forgot how to use it proficiently, so at game start he’s able to do simple tools and pointy bits and has to slowly work up to more complex nonsense.
