The ability to buff his physical strength/attack power, but he has to take (physical) damage first to use it and it's limited by the level of damage.

So if someone smacks him it would be a lil' tiny buff, but if someone punches him with all their strength then he can add that to his next whatever.

ALTERNATIVELY it's a flat buff that's on a cooldown.
