power amplification; he gives an energy boost to anyone he touches. while it can perk someone up in general or make them feel refreshed, it's most obvious when a power is involved because it doesn't max out right away, like a mirror or glass magnifying the sun. if exposed long enough, it's comparable to a caffeine or sugar high.

he can't actually control this ability and it's always passively "on", because maybe one day it will backfire on him when he tries to use his shapeshifting blessing. it does work through clothing, but it is possible to eat through too much energy and fuck him up, especially because more energy-intensive powers use up more energy. they also take longer to fully charge.
