basically, she can intuit some blessings or innate characteristics of people. It doesn't always work! as in, I will need OOC permission from the other player for her to use it ICly. And she may be able to tell some things but not others re: certain people (i.e. if a player is okay with SOME abilities being known to her but not others). If it needs another nerf, we can say she can only do it when she touches someone!
