takes effort to change, and being outside the "default" takes more energy. does not receive extra strength (that will be a separate canon power)

small thing: idk if this should be allowed to expand into "can change in ageshape" or if physical age would be constant. if yes, i would expect this to be sth developed over time, not available immediately
