Can shapeshift into a cat. A totally normal house cat. He can't speak in this form but he can do all the things a cat can do.

Also comes with partial shapeshift into a catboy. In catboy form he has enhanced senses, plus the usual cat ears and tail.

In either cat or catboy form he can communicate with cats. It functions like knowing another language: he can talk to cats but that doesn't mean they'll listen to what he has to say.
