THIS IS GOOD. THE RNG is fine, the stockpile is fine!! Maybe might need an expiration date if it feels like he's starting to stock up hundreds of potions? But tbh that probably wont be an issue especially since this includes the blood skills limits on the daily etc.

HOWEVER, I would like to add that for really important cool moments where he really needs a very specific potion at the time (cuz he happens to not have it on hand), maybe his sheer force of desire/will can allow it to happen that time. I think this should be allowed, ok ok.

And for all healing skills, there is a default of "for smaller areas, it heals a lot faster/more effective than larger areas" but substantial healing is fine.
