SO FOR HEALING, the general rule is the larger and/or more complicated the area that needs healing (such as replacing missing flesh), the longer it takes to heal.

So I'd say in this case you can go either or:
a) as above, liquids can cause healing, but it will still take time to heal fully
b) flesh can grow faster, but the pain will be intense and take longer to pass (and cannot take advil to alleviate it)

and yes ofc, drink her blood to heal is legal and sexy oo lala
