- takes a trait that the target has in abundance, and hinders the target based on that trait - e.g. high self-worth/arrogance -> target is weighed down by gold chains, high self-loathing -> target starts burning - NOT a mind-control power, it's a manifestation of self-perception that already exists in the target - effects disappear when the skill is deactivated, to prevent characters from using it to cheese infinite gold/flames/whatever - ideally the player gets to pick their trait + effect, but if that's too hard to balance i can limit it to arrogance + chains and self-loathing + flames, those are the two i really want - this skill does jackshit against well-adjusted characters yup
