I AM NOT SURE WHICH VERSION WOULD BE BETTER SINCE ONE FITS THE CHARACTER MORE WHILE ONE FITS THE FAMILY MORE so I will leave it up to the one who has the universe in her heart okok thank u for all of this mod queen
Version 1: Rose can dissipate into wisps of smoke entirely for the sake of transportation (or maybe escaping from Hugs, shudder) so they don't have to get up and ouch to rearrange themselves once they regain Chronic Pain. It isn't good for outdoor transportation cause it's slow and they will get blown away by the most gentle of breezes. Combat/PvP uses like using it to dodge out of harm's way by ceasing to be solid or slip under locked doors can also be banned or smth it is really just intended for Physical Convenience. May be possible to stick them in a jar when they're in this shape for better and for worse.
Version 2: Rose can forge/shape wisps of smoke into semi-solid forms, to do things like hold things for them when their hands are shaky or give them something to lean on when standing is Ow. Or make little cats for therapy reasons, whatever. Requires a source of smoke, whether that's a burning censer or a friend's cigarette or motorcycle exhaust. Can't really be used violently cause it's all just soft and pillowy and can't even stifle somebody.
